How much control do I have over my stored sperm?
Your written, informed consent is required for any actions involving storage and use of your sperm samples. This includes initial storage; renewal of storage; and use via fertilising treatments.
How long can sperm be stored for?
With renewed consent, under HFEA rules, sperm can cryopreserved for up to 55 years.
